Komodo Luxury provides luxury yacht charters, liveaboard expeditions, private cruises, and related travel services in Indonesia.

2) Bookings

  • A booking is only confirmed after we receive your confirmation and any required deposit or full payment.
  • You must provide accurate information for all guests.
  • We may refuse or cancel a booking if the information provided is false, incomplete, or not suitable for the trip.

3) Payments

  • Prices, deposit amounts, and payment deadlines will be shared before confirmation.
  • If payment is not received on time, we may cancel or release the booking.
  • Any bank transfer fees, card fees, or exchange rate differences are the responsibility of the guest unless we say otherwise.

4) Cancellations and changes

  • Cancellation and change rules depend on the booking type and the trip date.
  • If you request a change, we will do our best to help, but changes are subject to availability.
  • Refunds, if any, will follow the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.

5) Guest responsibilities

You agree to:
  • Arrive on time for transfers and departures;
  • Follow safety instructions from our team and crew;
  • Respect the boat, equipment, crew, and other guests;
  • Follow local laws and park rules;
  • Inform us in advance about dietary needs, health conditions, or special requests that may affect your trip.

  • Guests participate in activities at their own risk.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to travel and take part in the booked activities.
  • We may refuse participation if we believe there is a safety risk.

7) Conduct

We may end a trip or service without refund if a guest behaves in a dangerous, abusive, illegal, or disruptive way, or does not follow safety instructions.

Some parts of your trip may involve third-party providers such as hotels, drivers, guides, boat operators, or payment processors. Their own terms may also apply.

9) Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by weather, force majeure, government action, port restrictions, or third-party issues.
  • We are only responsible to the extent required by applicable law.
