Disembark in Sorong and fly out through Jakarta or Bali. If you can spare a buffer night in Bali before the long-haul home, take it.
One route we deliberately do not sell: sailing from Lombok to Komodo. That passage means roughly two nights in open sea past Sumbawa, is heavily weather-dependent, and typically leaves only about one day inside the park. The fix is simple: fly via Bali and spend those saved days where they count.
