Book a shared trip if you are 1–4 people on a budget (3D2N open trips run USD 300–850 per person). Book a private whole-boat charter once your group reaches 6+ or privacy matters — whole-boat rates start at USD 3,250/night (Deluxe), and the per-person math often beats shared cabins for groups of eight or more.

Published by Komodo Luxury (owner-operator). Figures come from our published rate cards and each vessel’s public specifications; trade-offs are stated honestly — no boat is “best” at everything.
The same trip priced both ways. Shared trips are billed per person; a private charter is billed per boat per night — which is why the two lines cross over as your group grows.
