頭金の要件

ご予約には、頭金のお支払いが必要です。

お支払い手続き

お支払いは以下の手順で行われます：

• 旅行を確定するには、50％の予約金が必要です。
• 参加者がいかなる理由でキャンセルした場合でも、デポジットは返金されません。
• 残金は、旅行の14日前までにお支払いください。
• 旅行まで14日未満の場合は、全額を支払わなければなりません。

文書への同意

KomodoLuxuryは旅行中に記録を撮影・記録します。参加者は全員、撮影・記録されることに同意するものとします。また、Komodo Luxury 、その映像を宣伝目的で使用する権利をKomodo Luxury 。

利用規約への同意

参加者は、登録を行うことにより、本ツアーの利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。

重要なお知らせ

• Some airlines only occasionally offer direct flights. Please verify the availability of direct flights through the respective airline’s application/ information center.
• Our best suggestion to all participants is to arrive one day before the trip because pick-up usually takes place from 06.00 am to 08.00 am.
• Participants can also come on the day of the trip, provided they arrive and are ready in Labuan Bajo before 09.00 a.m.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any flight cancellations or delays.

キャンセル

1. 参加者のキャンセル
   参加者がキャンセルした場合、お支払いいただいた料金は返金、日程変更、または他のツアーへの振替はできません。ただし、参加者はご自身の代わりに参加できる代理の方を見つけることは可能です。
2. Force Majeure
   In force majeure (natural disasters, bad weather, riots, disease outbreaks, government regulations, or other coercive conditions), the trip may be changed or canceled without refund for participants, and KomodoLuxury is not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused.
   (Force majeure refers to events beyond human control that prevent activities from being carried out properly.)
3. 
   への遅刻集合場所に遅れて到着し、その結果、旅程の延長、他の参加者に迷惑をかける、またはその他の支障をきたした参加者は、旅行を辞退したものとみなされ、返金は一切行われません。
4. 当社は、他社が定める利用規約について一切の責任を負いません。

責任

1. KomodoLuxury is not responsible and cannot be held liable for changes or cancellations of flight schedules, baggage damage or loss, airlines, hotels, or other transportation delays, or for damage or loss of participants’ personal belongings during the trip. KomodoLuxury is also not liable for changes or reductions in travel due to Force Majeure.
2. 参加者は、ライフジャケット、シュノーケル、マスクなどのツアー用備品の紛失や破損について責任を負います。破損または紛失した物品の代金は、参加者に請求されます。
3. 参加者は旅行中、ツアーリーダーの指示に従わなければならず、当社の同意なしに、いかなる形でも独断で決定を下すことはできません。
4. If a participant is found to be in possession of illegal drugs or causes disturbances that inconvenience other participants during the trip, we reserve the right to remove or send back the participant without refunding any payments made.
