3. Payment is made in the following steps:
   • 50% deposit is required to secure the trip
   • The deposit is non-refundable in the event of participant cancellation at any time.
   • The remaining payment must be made no later than 14 days before the trip.
   • The full payment must be made if the trip is less than 14 days away.
4. The payment details and payment process will be assisted by our Customer Service team. They will provide all the necessary information and guide you through each step to ensure a smooth and secure transaction.

• Our best suggestion to all participants is to arrive one day before the trip because pick-up usually takes place from 06.00 am to 08.00 am.
• Participants can also come on the day of the trip, provided they arrive and are ready in Labuan Bajo before 09.00 a.m.

Cancellation

1. Participant Cancellation
   If a participant cancels, the payment made cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or moved to another trip. However, participants may find a replacement person to take their place.
2. Force Majeure
   In force majeure (natural disasters, bad weather, riots, disease outbreaks, government regulations, or other coercive conditions), the trip may be changed or canceled without refund for participants, and KomodoLuxury is not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused. (Force majeure refers to events beyond human control that prevent activities from being carried out correctly.)
3. Late Arrival
   Participants who arrive late at the meeting point, causing an extension of the itinerary, inconvenience to other participants, or other disruptions, are considered to have resigned from the trip with no refund.

Precaution

1. Sailing Komodo One Day has a pretty solid itinerary. Make sure your body condition is fit.
2. All participants are required to comply with the rules that apply in the Komodo National Park or other destinations.
3. All participants are prohibited from bringing illegal drugs, narcotics, firearms, or objects that can endanger themselves and others according to the laws in force in Indonesia.
4. It is strictly forbidden to litter and do actions that can cause damage to nature.
5. It is strictly prohibited to carry out actions that can damage ship facilities, safety equipment, and documentation tools.
6. Participants who have a history of diseases such as asthma, hypertension, heart disease, acute gastritis, diabetes, epilepsy, sinusitis, etc. are advised to consult a doctor first and are required to bring personal medicines.
7. Participants must bring trekking shoes or trekking sandals.
8. The card that has a strong signal is Telkomsel.
9. Participants are advised to bring a powerbank.
10. Participants are advised to bring personal snacks and supplements to support sailing activities.
11. Labuan Bajo is very hot so it is advisable to bring an SPF 50 sunblock.
12. Participants are highly recommended to bring a hat and sunglasses.
13. During the trip, KomodoLuxury always adheres to the principle of safety first. So if the weather suddenly doesn’t support or the sea currents aren’t good, some of the itineraries will be changed for the safety of the participants, understanding is expected.
14. Bring a dry bag to protect items that are vulnerable to water.

Responsibility

1. KomodoLuxury is not responsible and cannot be held liable for changes or cancellations of flight schedules or baggage damage/loss/delay by airlines, hotels, or other transportation providers. We are also not liable for damage/loss of participants’ personal belongings during the trip or changes/reductions in the itinerary due to Force Majeure.
2. Participants are responsible for any loss or damage to trip facilities such as life jackets, snorkels, and masks and will be charged according to the item’s price.
3. Participants must follow the tour leader’s instructions during the trip and cannot make unilateral decisions in any form without our consent.
4. If a participant is found to be in possession of illegal drugs or causes disturbances that inconvenience other participants during the trip, we reserve the right to remove or send back the participant without refunding any payments made.
