Registry, crew and safety records
For our nine owned vessels — profiled at luxury phinisi Komodo and private yacht charter Komodo — class and registry documents, KSOP certifications and STCW crew papers are compiled per vessel and released under the due-diligence pack. Any operator who hesitates at this request has answered a different question.
Medevac, in writing
Our written protocol names the referral chain from onboard first response to hospital care, with helicopter evacuation coordinated through the aviation desk of our sister company Bali Premium Trip, part of Juara Holding Group — the same helicopter transfer and private security coordination channel used for VIP movements. Distances and response windows are stated per itinerary, not in generalities.
Legality and permits
The operating entity is PT Komodo Bahari Nusantara (Komodo Luxury), operating since 2015 under Juara Holding Group, with Indonesian tourism licensing. Komodo National Park permits are itemized on every invoice at the official IDR 650,000 (≈ USD 40) dated-ticket rate — system explained in our permit guide, forward risk in the 2027 quota outlook — and our operations team physically holds the tickets during the voyage.
Payments that survive an audit
Staged payments tied to milestones; beneficiary name matching the contracting entity on both invoice and contract; and written cancellation terms. The single strongest wire-fraud check available to any client is refusing to pay an account whose name does not match the contract — we put that sentence in our own paperwork.
Weather contingency
Nine owned vessels plus 200+ vetted partner yachts mean a mechanical or weather problem triggers a substitution, not a cancellation — with alternative routings pre-written for the season. You receive the contingency language before you sign, not after something breaks.
