Your Journey Begins Here
Reaching Komodo National Park is far simpler than many travellers anticipate — and the journey sets the tone for the extraordinary adventure ahead. Your point of arrival is Labuan Bajo, a stunning harbour town on the western tip of Flores Island, where luxury accommodation, waterfront dining, and panoramic sunset views await before you even step on board.
DPS → LBJ · approximately 1 hour
multiple daily departures with seamless connections for international travellers
CGK → LBJ · approximately 2 hours 25 minutes
direct flights available daily
Unlike a standard cruise booking, Komodo Luxury takes care of every detail from arrival. Our team meets you personally at Komodo Airport, manages your luggage, and transfers you directly to the harbour — where your private phinisi or yacht is already waiting, fully crewed and prepared for departure. No transfers to arrange, no uncertainty — simply a seamless transition from runway to open water.
Komodo National Park lies between Sumbawa and Flores in East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia; the gateway town is Labuan Bajo (LBJ airport, ≈1 hr flight from Bali), and every destination below is reached by boat from its harbor. Positions are approximate anchorage or mooring points our crews use daily — travel times assume a modern speedboat in fair conditions; traditional phinisi take roughly double. For the visual version, open the Komodo National Park map; per-day ticket rates are in the entrance fees guide.

Crews sequence these stops by tide and light rather than pure distance — the classic 3D2N order is Kelor, Manjarite and Kalong on day one; Padar, Komodo, Pink Beach and Taka Makassar or Manta Point on day two; Kanawa on the final morning. Rangko Cave sits outside the park near Labuan Bajo and is best kept for a land day.
