Ask for the operating company name, not just the brand. A brand with no company behind it cannot be held to anything.
Who actually employs the crew? A reseller books you onto someone else's boat and has no say in how it is run.
Hundreds, not dozens — and on more than one platform. A dozen five-star reviews on a single site proves very little.
Per boat or per person? Ask what is excluded — park fees, drinks, transfers and diving are the usual surprises.
