The Lombok to Komodo boat trip is a 4 days 3 nights one-way shared phinisi crossing from Kayangan Harbour in East Lombok to Labuan Bajo, calling at Kenawa, Saleh Bay and Satonda before Komodo National Park. Our reservations desk answers the Lombok question most days, and the answer usually improves the trip. The desk's standing advice to guests writing from Lombok or the Gilis is to fly via Bali (Bali to Komodo Airport is 1 hour 20 minutes) and start in Labuan Bajo, where you are inside the park 30 minutes after leaving the harbour. All our vessels are based in Labuan Bajo for your safety and comfort. The crossing spends roughly two of its three nights on open water past Sumbawa, the least predictable weather on the route, for about one full day inside the park. Four days and three nights, one way from Kayangan Harbour in East Lombok to Labuan Bajo. Day 1 and day 2 are mostly passage: Kenawa, an overnight sail to Saleh Bay, Satonda, then a second night at sea toward the park. Day 3 and the morning of day 4 are inside Komodo National Park, with Manta Point, Pink Beach, Komodo village, Padar, Kelor and Manjarite.
It is a shared phinisi crossing with air-conditioned cabins rather than a luxury yacht. All our vessels are based in Labuan Bajo for your safety and comfort. If comfort is the priority, the desk will suggest flying in via Bali and sailing from Labuan Bajo. That means a private charter on Malca, Ayvara, Catnazse or Naturalia, priced per package for the whole boat, or a cabin on a shared 3D2N.
A 34 m phinisi run by a partner operator, with 10 air-conditioned cabins for 18 to 23 guests, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a sundeck and an outdoor lounge. It sails as a shared departure with a mixed guest list and a minimum group size; the crew, guide and photographer travel with the group. The crossing is sold per person per cabin: the cabin table on this page lists each cabin's published USD rate, from the Captain Cabin at the lowest band to the Ikan Cabin at the top. The rate covers the cabin, all meals on board, snorkelling gear, the day-1 shuttle from Kuta or Senggigi and the day-4 drop-off in Labuan Bajo. Park charges and local fees are quoted separately.

Yes. The boat leaves Kayangan Harbour in East Lombok on day 1 and finishes at Labuan Bajo harbour around midday on day 4, with a shuttle to your hotel, the airport or a meeting point. The reverse direction is sold as the Komodo to Lombok boat trip. Book onward flights for the afternoon of day 4 only after the desk confirms the docking time in writing.

A 50% deposit secures the booking; the balance is due on the balance date printed on your invoice, and payments are non-refundable per the booking terms on your invoice and our T&C page.
No. The park charge is set under PP 36/2024 as displayed by the Balai: IDR 250,000 per international visitor per day, IDR 50,000 per Indonesian visitor per day (IDR 75,000 on Sundays and public holidays); our desk registers guests and lists the park line separately on your invoice. Since 22 September 2026 entry is only on the e-ticket date; quota is confirmed at registration, never promised.
Ikan, Paus and Kerang cabins have a queen bed and private bathroom (two to three guests); Penyu and Captain cabins are two-person cabins with porthole view. The Lombok to Komodo boat trip is a 4D3N phinisi cruise sailing from Lombok into Komodo National Park via Moyo, Satonda and Saleh Bay, with open-trip cabins published at USD 425–755 per person. The route adds what Labuan Bajo departures cannot — Satonda's crater lake, Kenawa's hills and swimming with Saleh Bay's whale sharks — before finishing with Padar, Pink Beach and the dragons.
