Take one item or take all sixteen. Guests travelling as a couple often choose 01, 02, 07 and 08 and nothing else; families with an early flight tend to add 06 and 09. There is no minimum, and no item is contingent on another.

Two Ways to Sail — and Why the Price Moves

Guests often ask why quotes for the same route can differ so widely. The answer is almost always the vessel and how you take it, not the itinerary. Both options below include the full end-to-end chain; what changes is the boat.

Share Trip — a private cabin on a scheduled sailing

You book your own en-suite cabin and sail alongside other guests on one of our published departures. The vessel, crew, itinerary and inclusions are identical to a charter; you simply follow our calendar rather than setting it. Cabins are limited and categories vary by vessel, so the earlier the date is fixed, the wider the choice. This is the most sensible option for couples and pairs.

Private Yacht Charter — the whole vessel, your dates

The entire phinisi belongs to your party. You choose the departure date, the pace, and often the route. Charters are priced per night for the whole yacht rather than per person, which means the cost per guest falls as the group grows — expensive per head for two, highly competitive for ten to fourteen. This is the route for families, groups of friends, and anyone who wants the deck to themselves.

What Shapes Your Quotation

The vessel, above all

A cabin on a scheduled sailing and a whole yacht chartered to your party are different orders of cost. Charters are priced per night for the entire boat, so the figure per guest falls sharply as the group grows.

How many of you are travelling

Transfers, guides and vehicles are largely fixed costs shared across the party. Two guests and six guests rarely differ as much as people expect.

How long you are in Bali on either side

Airport handling is a fixed item. Bali days are the variable one, and the part most guests adjust once they see the whole picture.

Season and how far ahead you book

Cabin categories, not the sailing itself, are what run out. July through September, the better cabins are typically gone months in advance.

How It Comes Together: Elena's Nineteen Days

An illustration rather than a fixed package, and a fairly typical one. Elena Ruiz flies in from Madrid with her partner. She books a private cabin on a share trip — not a charter — and then adds the pieces around it. Nothing below is compulsory; she chose each item, and all of it arrived on one invoice from one team.

Day 1 — Madrid to Bali

Elena lands at Denpasar in the evening after some twenty hours in transit. Our VIP arrival team meets her at the aircraft door, walks her past immigration through the fast-track lane, and collects the luggage while she sits down. A private car is waiting airside; she is at her villa in Seminyak before the queue she skipped has cleared.

Days 2 to 6 — Bali

Five days, four nights, with a luxury car and driver at her disposal. Nusa Penida one day, Ubud and the rice terraces another, a temple morning and a long lunch on the third. She decides each route the evening before rather than committing to a printed itinerary. Same company, same booking.

Day 7 — Seminyak to Labuan Bajo

A one-way transfer collects her from the villa, timed to her flight rather than to a standard slot. At Denpasar our domestic VIP team takes her bags at the kerb, completes check-in on her behalf, and escorts her to the gate. She carries a handbag and nothing else. On arrival at Komodo Airport, our Labuan Bajo team is waiting before she reaches the baggage belt, and drives her to the Katamaran Resort.

Days 8 to 10 — Komodo National Park

On the morning of departure our crew collects her from the Katamaran and brings her to the pier. Three days and two nights aboard: Padar at sunrise, Komodo Island and the dragons with a park ranger, Pink Beach, Manta Point, Taka Makassar. Meals, guides, equipment and park visits are all included. On the final morning she is met at the pier and driven back to her hotel.

Days 11 to 14 — Overland Flores

Elena had not planned this. It came up in conversation once she understood that Labuan Bajo sits at the western tip of Flores and that the island runs east for four hundred kilometres. She takes the four-day overland crossing: the climb through forest to Wae Rebo and a night in the conical houses, the Ngada villages, the spider-web rice fields, and Kelimutu at dawn, where three crater lakes hold three different colours.

Day 15 — Flores back to Bali

This is the day the chain earns its keep. She is tired, sunburnt, and carrying more than she left with. Our team handles the departure at Komodo Airport, and our Bali team meets her again on arrival at Denpasar — luggage taken, private car waiting, back at the villa without a single decision required of her.

Days 16 to 18 — Bali, slowly

Three unstructured days by the pool, with a car available on the two mornings she wants one. No itinerary, which is rather the point of having built one for the fortnight before.

Day 19 — Bali to Madrid

A final one-way transfer to Ngurah Rai, then international departure fast-track: baggage assistance from the kerb, expedited check-in, and immigration cleared with our team moving ahead of her rather than behind. She is airside with time to spare, which after nineteen days is the only thing she wants from an airport.
Elena dealt with one team throughout, received one invoice, and never once had to explain her booking to a company that had not heard of her. Take all of it, or take the cabin and the airport handling and nothing else — the package is assembled around what you actually want.

A Shorter Shape: Tom and Marie, Six Days

Not everyone has three weeks. Tom and Marie flew from Singapore with six days and one clear priority — the dragons and the water, with as little friction as possible around them. They took four items and no more: 02, a car from Denpasar to their hotel on the night they landed; 06 and 07, the transfer and domestic VIP handling on the morning they flew to Labuan Bajo; and 08, our team meeting them at Komodo Airport. No Bali days, no overland, no fast-track on arrival because they came in at eleven in the morning to an empty terminal.

Their sailing was a share trip, three days and two nights, one en-suite cabin. The whole thing came on one invoice and took a single conversation to arrange. That is a perfectly good version of this package, and a common one.

How It Is Booked — and Why There Is Only One Invoice

We confirm vessel and cabin availability against the live calendar, then map the airport handling, transfers and any Bali or Flores days against your actual flight times. You see the full list before any figure is discussed.

One quotation, one invoice, one team

Our reservations desk sends a single all-in quotation covering everything you selected, including the Komodo National Park fee. There is no separate booking with the airport company, no second payment to the transfer company, and no third party who has never heard your name. Office hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Bali time (WITA).
