While diving, you’ll encounter a diverse array of marine life, including eagle rays, sweetlips, barracudas, tunas, sardines, parrotfish, wobbegong sharks, reef sharks, and many more. The colorful coral reef gardens are a visual feast, offering a spectacular underwater experience.

Upon reaching the summit, you’ll be greeted with wonderful vistas of the surrounding karst islands and the endless expanse of the ocean. The most popular climb is to the top of Mount Pindito, which offers a 360-degree view that is nothing short of spectacular.

Kayaking and Paddleboarding

Another activity to do on the island is to explore the calm turquoise waters around Wayag by kayak or paddleboard. Paddling through the lagoons and around the karst islands offers a serene and intimate experience with the landscape. Paddle quietly yet adventurously with the water gently lapping at your paddle and the occasional splash of fish jumping nearby.

For those looking to relax and soak in the natural beauty, Wayag boasts some of the most pristine beaches in the world. The soft white sand and clear waters create the perfect setting for beachcombing or simply lounging in the sun.
