No. Komodo National Park entrance, ranger and conservation fees are excluded from every Komodo Luxury Phinisi charter rate and are settled separately, payable locally on the trip. Your charter consultant confirms the exact current fee schedule for your travel dates before departure.
It depends on the vessel. Some Phinisi are quoted VAT-inclusive; others are quoted plus 11% or 12% VAT, and this is stated on the individual vessel page and in the rate tables above. Always read the rate line - for example USD 15,000 per night + 12% VAT on Sanctuary.
Because rates are nightly, a 3D2N charter is two nights and a 4D3N charter is three nights aboard.
