결제 및 청구 정책

1. 가격 조건

• 요율은 해당 요율이 적용되는 연도에 한해 유효하며, 매년 변경될 수 있습니다.
• 연료비, 추가 경로 또는 활동, 정부 규정, 또는 Komodo Luxury 통제 범위를 벗어난 기타 상황 등의 요인으로 인해 요금이 조정될 수 있습니다.

2. 예약 및 결제 일정

• A 50% down payment is required to secure a booking.
• Full payment must be made no later than 30 days prior to the departure date.
• For bookings made one year in advance, a 30% deposit is required to confirm the charter. An additional 20% of the deposit must be paid 120 days before the trip, with the remaining balance (full payment) due 30 days before departure.
• 일부 선박의 경우 해당 선박의 이용 약관이 적용되오니 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

3. 아동 정책

• Children aged 3 years and above will be charged the full rate.

4. 은행 수수료

• 결제와 관련된 모든 은행 수수료는 송금인이 부담해야 합니다.
• 당사가 수령한 총 결제 금액은 청구서에 명시된 금액과 정확히 일치해야 합니다. 은행 수수료나 송금 수수료로 인해 발생하는 차액은 고객님의 부담입니다.
• Komodo Luxury 여행사 Komodo Luxury 송금, 입금 또는 잔금 결제 과정에서 발생하는 추가 은행 수수료에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

취소 정책

1. 일반 취소 약관

• For cancellations made 30 days, less or more before the departure date, 100% of the total payment will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

2. 취소 수수료 규정

• After Registration: The deposit is forfeited and non-refundable.
• If a participant cancels, payments cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or transferred to another trip. However, participants may nominate a replacement person to take their place.

3. 불가항력

• In cases of force majeure—such as natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, civil unrest, disease outbreaks, government regulations, flight cancellation, or other uncontrollable events—the trip may be changed or canceled without a refund.
• Komodo Luxury 이러한 사건으로 인해 발생하는 어떠한 손실이나 불편에 대해서도 책임을 지지 Komodo Luxury .
• 불가항력이란 인간의 통제 범위를 벗어난 예기치 못한 상황으로 인해 여행이 계획대로 진행되지 못하는 경우를 말합니다.

4. 지각

• 개인 여행 참가자 여러분께서는 여정이나 일정에 영향을 미치는 지연이 발생할 경우, 남은 시간에 따라 일정이 조정될 수 있음을 알려드립니다. 선사는 예정된 여행 기간의 연장에 대해 책임을 지지 않으며, 이에 따른 일정 조정도 불가능합니다.

책임

1. 책임

• KomodoLuxury is not responsible for changes or cancellations caused by tight travel schedules, or damage, loss, or delays of baggage by airlines, hotels, or other transportation providers.
• KomodoLuxury is also not liable for damage or loss of participants' personal belongings during the trip, or changes due to force majeure.

2. 참가자의 책임

• 참가자는 구명조끼, 스노클, 마스크 등 여행 장비의 분실 또는 파손에 대한 책임을 집니다. 파손되거나 분실된 물품에 대해서는 전액 보상 비용이 청구됩니다.
• All participants are required to follow the tour leader's instructions throughout the trip.

3. 금지된 행위

• 여행 중 불법 약물을 사용하거나 다른 참가자들에게 소란을 피우거나 불편을 주는 행위를 할 경우, 해당 참가자는 즉시 단체에서 제명됩니다.
• 이러한 경우, 이미 납부된 금액에 대해서는 환불이 이루어지지 않습니다.
