Lady Denok Liveaboard is a 28m long with a 7-metre beam and a 3-metre draft, runs on a Yanmar Marine 6HA2M-WHT 350HP main engine, and cruises at 6 to 8 knots. Wooden throughout, which is the point: the teak keeps the interior warm in a way that a steel hull never manages.
Lady Denok Liveaboard Boat Charter carries up to 12 guests across seven cabins — one Master Suite, four twin and double cabins, and two dedicated single cabins. Single cabins are genuinely rare on Indonesian liveaboards, and they matter if you are travelling solo and would rather not be paired with a stranger. Every cabin is air-conditioned with a private en-suite bathroom and hot and cold water. Power comes from a 33 kVA and a 50 kVA generator, and freshwater from 8,000 litres of tankage backed by a watermaker rated at 1,800 litres per day, so a long Raja Ampat crossing never turns into a rationing exercise.
She is set up as a working dive boat, not a yacht with tanks bolted on. Two Bauer compressors keep the 12-litre tanks filled through three to four guided dives a day, and two tenders — 7-metre and 6-metre — put divers on the site rather than near it. Lady Denok Liveaboard works Raja Ampat from December through March and April, running out of Sorong, then moves to the Banda Islands and Komodo for the rest of the year. Between dives there are two sea kayaks, two stand-up paddleboards, three decks to spread out across and Starlink at up to 200 Mbps.
Lady Denok Liveaboard is laid out around the diving. The dive deck runs the full width of the vessel with an individual station per diver, rinse tubs for cameras and gear, hanging space for wetsuits and racked tanks within reach of the platform. Behind it sit two Bauer compressors and a bank of 12-litre tanks — enough that nobody waits on a fill between dives. Two tenders, one 7-metre and one 6-metre, run guests out to the sites, so a group can split between two dive plans instead of all following the same guide.
Above the dive deck is a shaded lounge deck, and above that a sun deck with open views. Meals are served either in the air-conditioned dining room or outside on the foredeck, where the long table sits under string lights after dark. All seven cabins are air-conditioned with private en-suite bathrooms and hot and cold water. Starlink V4 Gen 3 gives up to 200 Mbps on board, which is unusually quick for a liveaboard in eastern Indonesia. Freshwater comes from 8,000 litres of tankage plus a watermaker producing 1,800 litres a day, and there are two sea kayaks and two stand-up paddleboards for the bays. Safety cover includes two life rafts rated for 30 people, oxygen and life jackets.
