For open trip departures, participants are expected to arrive at Komodo Airport by 09.00 am at the latest, as pick-ups will commence between 09.30 am and 10.30 am. Private trips allow more flexibility, as the check-in time for private charter boats can be adjusted according to participants' schedules. However, an earlier check-in is recommended to avoid time constraints at the destination.

오픈 투어는 개인(1~4명)이 다른 참가자들과 함께 그룹에 합류할 수 있는 프로그램입니다. 프라이빗 투어는 5~30명의 단체에 적합하며, 단체 전용 보트를 대여할 수 있는 옵션을 제공합니다.
코모도 국립공원은 보호 구역이므로 낚시가 금지되어 있습니다.
코모도 섬에서 코모도 용을 만나려면 현지 가이드와 관리원의 안내를 받으며 숲속을 걸으며 코모도 용과 아주 가까운 거리에서 관찰하게 됩니다.
참가자 확인 및 예기치 못한 상황 발생 시 안전 관련 정보를 위해 신분증(주민등록증/여권/운전면허증/신분증) 사본이 필요합니다. 해당 정보는 항해 허가를 받은 후 삭제됩니다.
배 위에서는 신호 상태가 불안정할 수 있지만, TSEL 통신사를 이용하는 사용자들은 더 안정적인 연결 상태를 유지할 가능성이 높습니다.
보트 내 전기는 연중무휴 24시간 공급됩니다. 섬에서는 개인 기기에 파워뱅크를 사용할 수 있지만, 보트에서는 지속적으로 전기를 공급합니다.

Cancellation due to Force Majeure (natural disasters, bad weather, riots, disease outbreaks, government regulations, and other coercive conditions), the trip can be changed/canceled, and there is no refund to participants for facilities that are not used or imposed any losses/inconvenience to the organizer.
