결제 및 청구 정책

1. 가격 조건

요율은 해당 요율이 적용되는 연도에 한해 유효하며, 매년 변경될 수 있습니다.
연료비, 추가 경로 또는 활동, 정부 규정, 또는 Komodo Luxury 통제 범위를 벗어난 기타 상황 등의 요인으로 인해 요금이 조정될 수 있습니다.

2. 예약 및 결제 일정

A 50% down payment is required to secure a booking.
Full payment must be made no later than 30 days prior to the departure date.
For bookings made one year in advance, a 30% deposit is required to confirm the charter. An additional 20% of the deposit must be paid 120 days before the trip, with the remaining balance (full payment) due 30 days before departure.

3. 아동 정책

Children aged 3 years and above will be charged the full rate.

4. 은행 수수료

취소 정책

1. 일반 취소 약관

For cancellations made 30 days, less or more before the departure date, 100% of the total payment will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

2. 취소 수수료 규정

After Registration: The deposit is forfeited and non-refundable.
If a participant cancels, payments cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or transferred to another trip. However, participants may nominate a replacement person to take their place.

3. 불가항력

천재지변(자연재해, 악천후, 사회 불안, 질병 확산, 정부 규제 등)이나 항공편 취소, 기타 통제할 수 없는 사정이 발생할 경우, 여행 일정이 변경되거나 취소될 수 있으며 이 경우 환불이 불가합니다.
Komodo Luxury 이러한 사건으로 인해 발생하는 어떠한 손실이나 불편에 대해서도 책임을 지지 Komodo Luxury .
불가항력이란 인간의 통제 범위를 벗어난 예기치 못한 상황으로 인해 여행이 계획대로 진행되지 못하는 경우를 말합니다.

4. 지각

개인 여행 참가자 여러분께서는 여정이나 일정에 영향을 미치는 지연이 발생할 경우, 남은 시간에 따라 일정이 조정될 수 있음을 알려드립니다. 선사는 예정된 여행 기간의 연장에 대해 책임을 지지 않으며, 이에 따른 일정 조정도 불가능합니다.

KomodoLuxury는 다음 사유로 인한 변경 또는 취소에 대해 책임을 지지 않으며, 이에 대한 법적 책임을 질 수 없습니다:
- 빡빡한 여행 일정.
- 항공사, 호텔 또는 기타 운송업체에 의한 수하물의 파손, 분실 또는 지연.
또한 KomodoLuxury는 다음 사항에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다:
- Damage or loss of participants’ personal belongings during the trip.
- Changes or reductions in the itinerary due to force majeure (uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, adverse weather, or government restrictions, ).

2. 참가자의 책임

참가자는 구명조끼, 스노클, 마스크 등 여행 장비의 분실 또는 파손에 대한 책임을 집니다. 파손되거나 분실된 물품에 대해서는 전액 보상 비용이 청구됩니다.
All participants are required to follow the tour leader’s instructions throughout the trip. Unilateral decisions or actions that deviate from the agreed itinerary or instructions are not permitted without prior approval from boat management.
