Απαίτηση προκαταβολής

Η κράτηση μπορεί να γίνει μόνο με προκαταβολή.

Διαδικασία πληρωμής

Η πληρωμή πραγματοποιείται με τα ακόλουθα βήματα:

• Απαιτείται προκαταβολή 50% για την κράτηση του ταξιδιού.
• Η προκαταβολή δεν επιστρέφεται σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης από τον συμμετέχοντα, ανεξάρτητα από το πότε αυτή γίνεται.
• Το υπόλοιπο ποσό πρέπει να καταβληθεί το αργότερο 14 ημέρες πριν από το ταξίδι.
• Πρέπει να καταβληθεί το συνολικό ποσό εάν απομένουν λιγότερες από 14 ημέρες μέχρι την αναχώρηση.

Συγκατάθεση για την καταγραφή

Η KomodoLuxury παρέχει φωτογραφικό υλικό κατά τη διάρκεια του ταξιδιού. Κάθε συμμετέχων συναινεί στη βιντεοσκόπηση και τη φωτογράφισή του, ενώ η KomodoLuxury διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να χρησιμοποιήσει το υλικό αυτό για διαφημιστικούς σκοπούς.

Αποδοχή των Όρων

Με την εγγραφή τους, οι συμμετέχοντες αποδέχονται τους όρους και τις προϋποθέσεις του ταξιδιού.

Departure For the 3D2N and 4D3N trip packages, participants are able to leave on the final day of the trip, with the flight schedule arranged to suit their needs. However, for the 2D1N package, participants may depart one day after the end of the trip. Ακύρωση

1. If there is a cancellation by the participant, then the payment that has been made cannot be refund / moved trip / reschedule, but participants can find a replacement person (change name).
2. Cancellation due to Force Majeure (natural disasters, bad weather, riots, disease outbreaks, government regulations, and other coercive conditions), the trip can be changed / canceled and there is no refund to participants for facilities that are not used or imposed any losses / inconvenience to the organizer. (Force Majeure: an event that occurs beyond human ability and cannot be avoided so that an activity cannot be carried out properly).
3. Participants who arrive late at the meeting point so that they extend the itinerary from a specified time and inconvenience other participants, the late participant is deemed to resign and there is no refund.

Ευθύνη

1. Komodo Luxury is not responsible and cannot be prosecuted for changes, cancellations of flight schedules, baggage damage / loss / delay by airlines, hotels or other transportation, damage / loss of personal belongings of participants during the trip and changes / reduction in travel due to Force Majeure.
2. Participants are responsible for loss / damage to trip facilities such as life jackets, snorkels, masks, and will be charged according to the price of the item.
3. Participants must obey the tour leader during the trip and cannot make unilateral decisions in any form without our consent.
4. If there are participants who bring illegal drugs or make riots that make inconvenience to other participants during the trip, we have the right to issue / repatriate the participant without any refunds that have been paid.
